Shipping costs
Belgium: €8.65; free from €150. Transit time: 1–2 working days.
Netherlands, Germany, France and Luxembourg: €15.50; free from €200. Transit time: 1–2 working days.
Italy, Spain, Austria and Denmark: €19.50 for every order value. Transit time: 2–5 working days.
Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovenia and Slovakia: €39.90 for every order value. Transit time: 2–5 working days.
We process orders immediately. These periods are the carrier’s transit times.
Collection in Haacht is free. Your order is usually ready within 2 hours during opening hours.
4. Destinations, shipping and delivery
Available destinations and delivery or collection options depend on your basket and delivery address. You can order for a destination with an available delivery option at checkout. Charges are shown before payment. For other destinations, contact hello@artsonfashion.be.
We deliver to the agreed address or make the order available according to the selected collection option. Any specific delivery period agreed before ordering applies to that order. If no other period is agreed, we deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract.
In the event of delay, you may give us an appropriate additional delivery period. If we still do not deliver, you may terminate the contract. No additional period is needed if we refuse delivery or timely delivery was essential and this was clear when the contract was concluded. Following valid termination, we refund all amounts due without undue delay.
When shipping with a carrier offered by us, we bear the risk of loss or damage until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. If you independently choose a carrier we do not offer, the statutory rules for that choice apply. Report a damaged, incorrect or incomplete parcel to customer service as soon as possible. There is no three-day deadline that extinguishes your rights; your statutory rights remain intact.
5. Right of withdrawal for online purchases
You may withdraw from your online purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days. This period starts on the day after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. For one order containing goods delivered separately, it starts after receipt of the last item.
Before the period expires, clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw, for example by email to customerservice@artsonfashion.be or by post to ARTSON NV – Artson Fashion, Markt 16, 3150 Haacht, Belgium. You may use the model form below, but this is not compulsory. Preferably include your name and order number so we can locate your order. Keep proof of your notification.
Send back or hand over the goods to Artson Fashion, Markt 16, 3150 Haacht, Belgium, within 14 calendar days after notifying us of withdrawal. You bear the direct return costs unless we have agreed to cover them. Returning goods to our shop in person is free. For incorrect deliveries or valid guarantee claims, we cover the necessary return costs.
You may try on clothing and inspect goods as you would in a shop. Handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning may make you liable for demonstrable diminished value. Missing packaging, labels or security tags do not automatically remove your right of withdrawal. Return goods with original packaging and accessories where possible, and pack them carefully.
The right of withdrawal also applies to sale and outlet items. Statutory exceptions may apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once you have broken the seal. We inform you before purchase if such an exception applies to a product. Your rights regarding defects remain.
6. Refunds following withdrawal
In the event of full withdrawal, we refund you in accordance with the applicable statutory rules.
We refund without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of your withdrawal notification. Unless we collect the goods ourselves, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive them or you provide evidence of sending them back, whichever happens first.
We use the same payment method as for the purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise. We charge no refund fees. We explain any statutory deduction for demonstrable diminished value.
